Tony Crimmins (BE ME MBA) – CHAIRPERSON & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tony Crimmins has an extensive background in business development and technology commercialisation having listed 18 companies, including BluGlass Limited. He identifies breakthrough projects offering outstanding potential value to shareholders, develops their businesses, and guides them through listing and business expansion. Tony previously worked as an environmental engineer and business development manager in Asia, as a general and project manager, and in the commercialisation of technology-based products and services.
Tam Tran (PhD) – DIRECTOR, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Tam worked for BHP Research for seven years, developing processes for producing battery-grade electrolytic manganese dioxide. He joined the University of New South Wales in 1987, becoming Professor in Minerals Process Engineering and Director of the Centre for Minerals Engineering. Tam’s job is to focus on optimising EcoMag’s commercialisation of the magnesium extraction technology he co-invented, and to drive ongoing product development. He continues to hold the position of Professorial Fellow at UNSW Sydney.
Shaun Triner – ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Shaun is a Metallurgist and member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy with over 35 years operational, management and global logistics experience in major resource and manufacturing organisations in Western Australia. Over the last ten years, he has developed organisational controls, developed and implemented management systems, served on compliance committees and worked closely with government regulators. Shaun brings a wealth of commercial expertise to his role as General Manager of EcoMag.
Michael Braaksma – ENGINNERING MANAGER

Michael is a chemical and mineral processing professional with over 25 years of experience in operational, design, manufacturing, commissioning, business development and consulting roles. He has been involved in processing of a range of commodities including gold, silver, base metals, diamonds, coal and industrial gases. He is a results-driven engineer in design, evaluation and operational roles. His particular expertise includes copper and precious metals hydrometallurgy, pre-concentration methods, gravity separation, and modularisation of designs.
Brett Crowley – INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR & COMPANY SECRETARY

Brett is a solicitor and a former Partner of Ernst & Young (Australia and Hong Kong) and KPMG (Hong Kong) and a former Senior Legal Member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. An experienced chairman, finance director and company secretary of ASX-listed companies, Brett offers over 30 years’ experience in advising emerging companies with particular expertise in taxation, corporate strategy, structuring, capital raising and commercial negotiations.
